Alef Baiz Party!

Yay! Kindergarten has finished learning and reviewing all the letters in the Alef Baiz! We are so happy and proud. In honor of this special occasion we had a beautiful celebration.

We started our party by making beautiful Alef Baiz crowns. We then played a couple of fun games to make sure we knew our Alef Baiz perfectly. Next, we made Hebrew letters out of pretzels and twizzlers, ate delicious Alef Baiz cookies and had an Alef Baiz cake. Thank you Chava Evalyn for baking such a scrumptious plum cake for the whole class! The party was so much fun!

Kindergarten can't wait to move on to learning nekudos/vowels!

Happy Birthday Felix!

Kindergarten had a great time celebrating Felix's birthday. We prepared by making birthday cards and baking a delicious cake. At the party, we gave Felix special blessings and wishes for his new year, sang songs, gave tzeddaka and enjoyed the yummy cake.

Felix, thank you so much for the beautiful gifts you donated. Your thoughtful gifts will definitely enhance our classroom.

Happy Birthday Alan!

A little while ago we celebrated the Hebrew birthday of our friend Alan! We had a great day getting ready for the party and taking part in the celebration.

Alan, thank you so much for the fun and creative math games you donated to the classroom in honor of your birthday. We will definitely use them well!
